Parade steps off 16th Avenue at 6 p.m. proceeding along Central Avenue, then Pacific Avenue to Spicer Avenue where the parade will turn and proceed to Byrne Plaza. Awards will be announced for floats and decorated business lighting contest at approximately 7 p.m. in Byrne Plaza.
